ich freue mich, Sie in meiner Praxis in Berlin (Kreuzberg und Schöneberg) begrüßen zu dürfen. Sehr gern begleite ich Sie traumasensibel und ressourcenorientiert in Ihren Anliegen und Bedürfnissen.
Ich biete psychotherapeutische Begleitung nach dem Heilpraktikergesetz an. Mein Ansatz ist personzentriert und ressourcenorientiert. Er beinhaltet Elemente der kognitiven und verhaltensorientierten Arbeit, um Gedanken, Emotionen und Verhaltensmuster zu verstehen und zu bearbeiten. Ergänzend arbeite ich mit hypnotherapeutischen Methoden und RITMO-Techniken (EMDR-inspiriert), um bei Stress, leichten bis moderaten Traumata und emotionalen Herausforderungen zu unterstützen.
Coaching zur Unterstützung bei Stressbewältigung, Lebensübergängen oder beruflicher Entwicklung wird ergänzend angeboten. Mit meiner langjährigen Erfahrung als Coach und Hypnotherapeutin seit 2018 sowie meiner Zulassung als Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie seit 2025 stehe ich Ihnen empathisch und kompetent zur Seite.

I offer psychotherapeutic support according to the German Heilpraktiker Psychotherapy regulation. My approach is client-centered and resource-oriented, incorporating elements of cognitive and behavior-focused work to understand and work with thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns. Additionally, I use hypnotherapy and RITMO techniques (EMDR-inspired) to support clients dealing with stress, mild to moderate trauma, and emotional challenges.
Coaching for stress management, life transitions, or professional development is offered as complementary support. With my extensive experience as a coach and hypnotherapist since 2018, and my license as Heilpraktikerin for psychotherapy since 2025, I offer empathetic and competent guidance.
